What can you do? At the very least, you must contact the offices of your Federal congressmen (Senator and Representative) and your State Representative, requesting copies of their written oaths of office, which should proclaim they will uphold the (Federal or State Constitution, respectively). If they do not have a written (signed) oath of office, this may be grounds for impeachment on malfeasance of office. If they do have an oath of office, insist they remain strictly within the delegation of powers granted them. In the case of Federal congressmen, they CANNOT propose or vote on legislation outside the delegation of powers given them in Article 1, Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution.
