When you have selected the titles and quantities desired, fill out and e-mail the Order Form to us. Since we do not operate on a credit basis, we cannot accept credit card orders, and will hold your order as pending off-line payment (cash, check or money order), to be shipped within 24 hours (cash or Postal Money Order), or upon clearance (checks and regular money orders). All orders tendered for with these negotiable instruments are tendered without prejudice, U.C.C. 1-103, 1-207, 3-104,410. You may pay for orders in Lawful Money (pre-1965 U.S. silver coin, or pre-1934 gold coin), but inquire as to price. All prices listed are suggested gift offerings. All prices and availability subject to change without notice. Beginning January 1, 1999, we will no longer substitute titles.

Back-Orders

In the event we do not have a particular title at the time you order, it will be placed either on Temporary Back Order (TBO) status (shipment between 1 day and 2 weeks), or Indefinite Back Order (IBO) status (shipment over two weeks, or when a supply can be obtained). If you get an IBO on your order, you may either: A) Wait, or B) Request a credit memo, or a refund. IBO's are kept on file for up to 6 months, at which time, we will automatically issue a credit memo if we haven't heard from you in the meantime. For Discontinued Titles (DISC), we will send a credit memo with the order. Due to the many suppliers with which we deal, and the variability in availability of many titles, we cannot guarantee delivery, but will make every effort to do so on a timely basis. Many titles we carry are "vanity press" jobs (self-published), so please bear with us.

Postage & Handling

The base charge for postage and handling is $2.50 (all orders up to $25). If your order subtotal is over $25, then add 10% for postage & handling. For UPS Delivery, it is 15% (Supply street or route address - no P.O. Boxes). Foreign orders by surface mail, send 20% for postage & handling. No COD's, please.

Returns & Missing Shipments

In the event you receive a title you did not order, you may either return it for the correct title (postage reimbursed by credit memo), or request a refund. In the event a title arrives damaged, you may return it for a replacement, or refund (postage reimbursed by credit memo). If a shipment is missing (after 2-3 weeks), we will file a mail trace here, and expect you to file one at your local Post Office, as well. If the shipment cannot be located after a reasonable amount of time, we will either re-ship, or reimburse you, at your request.
