[We are sometimes asked, "What is the best Bible?" Reading and comparing several, and using Holy Spirit intuition, can provide the answer. Here we have compiled Bibles worthy of consideration. There is no perfect Bible translation or version. whereas Scripture is inerrant, and inspired by YHVH-God in its original transmission. There are no original manuscripts in existence, so accepting Scripture practically becomes a matter of faith. Manuscript copies exist in four categories: Masoretic (Textus Receptus), Septuagint (Alexandrian), Peshitta (Syriac, used in the Lamsa), and Dead Sea Scrolls (and any new copies which may be found). It is best to study and ask questions!
